Sound breaks with noise

Bought yesterday and noticed noise coming from right side speaker when playing in 90% of volume. Compared with apple's default earphone, there is no noise at all. With such price tags, this can not be expected. I am Bose fan but forcing myself to share this rating. :( going to return this.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The QuietComfort 35’s are a great pair of headphones. The audio quality is superb, the noise-canceling is unparalleled. My only recommendation is that Dolby Audio or Atmos be added in a future version.

Sound Lags When Playing Keyboard
on December 23, 2018

If you are buying it for playing keyboard, don't. There is a sound lag of about half a second from the keyboard, which will drive you crazy! Tried with a Bluetooth transmitter V5.0 with aptX but it did not work. While it is very comfortable with great sound output when using it to listen to the music, saw many reviewers complain about the lip sync problem when using it to watch TV. It may have a latency problem by its design - not an expert about this subject.

I bought the headphone six months ago. It never works well with my windows laptop. Windows cannot even find the headphone driver. Documentation is not bad; it does not exist.

FIRMWARE HAS BROKEN THE QC35 ii!

These were fantastic when first bought, but once we updated the firmware (that's two brand new QC35's) - the active noise cancelling is almost non existant.
Until they bring out a fix to revert the ANC to what is was, or at least let us downgrade the firmware which utilised the hardware properly - I'll keep this to one star. Not good Bose!

Hello. Thanks for taking the time to review the QC35 II wireless headphones.
It's great to hear that you enjoy the sound quality and comfort of these headphones, but I'm sorry that you have recently encountered these issues with the active noise-canceling.
I would recommend testing your QC35 II's with another device to see if the issue is consistent.
Another suggestion would be to reset your headphones. You can do this by following these steps: 1. Turn off the headset and wait 30 seconds 2. Plug the headset into a wall outlet using a USB charger, then wait 5 seconds 3. Unplug the USB cord from the headset and wait 1 minute 4. Turn on the headset
Should you still find that you are having issues with the ANC, please do reach out to us.
Have a great day!

Bose released a software update on mine and I haven't been able to turn them off since. Everytime I turn them off they just turn right back on again.

Don’t fit.

I purchased this headphone last July but can’t use them as expected. I tried the sample headphone at the store and decided to buy even though the noise cancellation did not work well. Salesman explained problem was store environment. My problem is the sizing. My pair does not fit my head, they are too big. Took them back to geek squad and was told there was no way to adjust the width side to side without breaking. I have used Bose headphones for many years but needed new as other wore out. I loved my old ones, especially noise canceling (planes,HOSPITALS!, home) and so bought your product again. I’m sorry now, especially since being told problem can’t be fixed. I am very upset, for this amount of money there should be some way to narrow the width from ear to ear. Please reply soon. Thanks
