The worst headphones on the planet

I've had good luck with previous models, however, this one with the cord, only works on one side and now it flutters in and out on the plane connection. For this amount of money, I should be able to simply plug it in after charging and it should just work. I should have never downloaded the mobile device let alone it had no instructions in the box, not that you should need much to figure out.

Best accessory I've ever bought for my phone

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These have the highest sound quality of any headphones or earbuds I've ever used with my iPhone. The noise canceling works wonders at the gym where there is music I don't care for and regular announcement are a constant annoyance. They are great while walking on trails near the road to overcome the road noise.

Cheap audio cable and a 6 inch charger cable!

Bose - did you really need to save money so bad on a pair of $350 headphones that you couldn't include an audio cable that is on par with the quality of the headphones? One that doesn't bend with the absolute least amount of pressure? Not to mention even after numerous compliants have been received through poor reviews over the last two years all referencing the poor construction of this cable and begging you to sell one that is better quality, you are still including with the headphones and selling as a replacement cable the same piece of junk. That shows me you simply do not care what your customers think and that attitude is not acceptable in my book. Also, would it really have impacted your profit margin to include a charger cable that allowed me to move more than 6 inches away from the outlet? This charger cord is way more frustrating than it could ever be helpful to anyone. I have been a loyal Bose customer dating back to my first pair of QC15s. Many, many pair later I remain loyal to the Bose brand. However, I have to say the level of greed and indifference to your customer you are demonstrating with the cable choices you continue to make definitely have me rethinking who I will buy from next.

The Bluetooth, wireless headphones, are included with a 2.5 mm to 3.5 mm auxiliary cable. If you're currently experiencing any issues with this cable, please reach out to product support and we'd be more than happy to help source a replacement cable.

After firmware update they are literally a brick

I have owned these for a year and with the new firmware update they are junk. The noise cancelation is basically non-existent now after the upgrade and Bose will not acknowledge that there is an issue with the firmware
