Poor Bluetooth Connection

I have this headphone for more than a year and have issues EVERY DAY! While listening to music suddenly become bad quality like an old radio and then I turn off and turn on and comes back to normal after a few minutes fighting against.

This should certainly not be happening. I would recommend unpairing the headphones from your music device, then establish a new connection to see if this helps to resolve the problem. Instructions can be found here: https://bose.life/2MFNi7V.

Terrific Sound But

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After about an hour QuietComfort 35 wireless headphones II tend to feel heavy, plus, I’m a petite woman and if I do anything but sit while listening they slide around my head because they’re too big, so I constantly have to readjust them which gets annoying. However, I’m keeping them because the sound is terrific and I imagine it’s too late to send them back.

Unreliable, unusable.

Worked; kind of, until it did not. Never owned any device with so many bugs. From not pairing to windows based computers to randomly amplifying ambient noise instead of canceling it to refusing to play sound over hardwire to just being strange it its operations. I'm a late 20s EE and these things are bad.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The sound is excellent and the noise cancelation is unbelievable. I wear them every day at work and have the charge the battery for about 20 minutes once a week. The google assistant is a nice feature but not without its glitches. I really hope they add the “find my headphones” feature in the future.

Amazing, with one issue

Best headphones I ever put on my head. The sound does break every now and then but the main issue I have is the cushion. I use these for the gym and they start to smell after awhile. I wish they would make a sport mesh cushion for the gym.
