Disappointed

I was hoping they actually blocked noise, but they don't. They're better than sticking your fingers in your ears, but I wouldn't call them noise cancelling.

Fantastic headphones - NOT for small heads

I love these headphones. I love them. I love the look, the sound, the noise cancelling aspect, the ease of use. They really are fantastic. But they don't fit. I'm shocked I haven't seen reviews or anything address this, but honestly, if your head is small, these just will not do. These headphones are advertised as extremely comfortable/forget you're wearing them. I find that to be completely false. I've had to start putting a pen in between my head and headband as to lift them up a bit from hanging off the top of my ears. Much more comfortable that way, but absolutely ridiculous. I am constantly adjusting them and lifting them up, and unfortunately am going to have to return them, which is a huge disappointment.

Great noise canceling feature

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was recently give a set of these by my step mother and I love them! I am an avid listener of audiobooks and do not like background noise disturbing my listening. These sure do increase my enjoyment.

It's O.k but I expected better.

The sound Quality of the product is great but the only problem I'm having is the Bluetooth features. If I'm using my phone to listen to music and walk 10 to 15 feet away from my phone my Bose would Disconnect, I see people with other brands walking far way from there bluetooth products and they absolutely no problem. I always have to put my phone in my pocket because my Bose have no range with the Bluetooth.
I was going to get my wife one but she would be Frustrated because of this problem.

Good NC, it has a lot of lag.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Everything works fine, good sound, noise cancelation is pretty nice, feels well in your head, the baterry last a lot.
But when i try to see a movie in my phone or play a game there is a lot of lag, we tried with different phones, android and iphones and is the same, Youtube and other services compensate for this lag but if you use Videolan you will notice the lag.
There are a lot of post about this and everyone just gave up after trying everything to fix this issue. Change firmware, try in different devices, but the conclussion is that is they way they are made.
If you want to listen to music and aislate from the world then is fine, but for movies or play a game just search another headphone or use a cable.
I tried a cheap bluetooth ones and they work a lot better, don't know why Bose screw this much with this problem.

Had these for just over a year and they broke in my hand. Did not drop or stress the headphone and the cheap peice of plastic that mounts the ear cup broke off.

Sounds Great But...

I received these headphones as a birthday gift and I haven't stopped listening to them ever since. The sound quality is exquisite and the noise cancellation feature is excellent (especially on long flights). My only issue is the ear cushion. It hasn't been a year (9 months to be exact) and the seam to the cushion began to come apart. It is disappointing to find out the Bose quality of sound doesn't match its craftsmanship.
