Everything but ANC

After the latest firmware update 4.5.2 the ANC feature is almost non-existent. Stay away from this product, or at least stay away from their update app since the update will be forcefully pushed on your headphones.

I would highly recommend that you perform a reset on the headphones via:

Turn off the headset and wait 30 seconds
Plug the headset into a wall outlet using a USB charger, then wait 5 seconds
Unplug the USB cord from the headset and wait 1 minute
Turn on the headset

If the issue still persists after these steps then please do reach out to our customer support team via the contact us page on our website.

Well worth the money!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had these headphones for about six months now and I love using them. Very easy to pair with devices. The only issue I have is with the headband - you have to adjust the headband every thirty minutes or so or else it will get uncomfortable.

Great Sound Quality and Battery Life

Just what I wanted!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Solid battery performance and very comfortable to wear. Noise cancellation is top notch of course. I have an iPhone but using Google Assistant for Apple Music and News is a big plus. Haven't tried the new GA translation feature yet but plan too soon. Watch for sales and get these for under $300! Worth every penny even at list price.

Headphones sound good, but..

Recent headphone purchase and wanted to update firmware, knowing that there might be something new coming along. Downloaded Bose connect App on iPhone to upgrade OTA and App never saw headphone despite the fact that iphone BT saw it and connected to play audio. Why do I need need Bose connect App? Also, downloaded Bose Updater on PC knowing that I can do this via USB. Updater never launched. Bose is a great audio company that is struggling to provide software capability. Logikos, Accenture are tarnishing you brand!

Love Them

The sound quality is great - I listen to a wide range of music, and the sound feels very balanced for all types of songs. Headphones are also very comfortable and I've worn them for extended periods of time (6+ hours) with no discomfort. Easy to use, and durable (so far). They are not necessarily the most stylist headphones out there, but definitely a classic.
