Bad for phone Calls / Good for Music

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When making phone calls , the outside mic picks up noise and the person on the other side will get amplified noise. For listening to music, I would totally recommend this, but please beware if you use this headset for calls like me.

Thank you for providing your review of the QuietComfort 35 wireless headphones II. We are delighted to hear that you enjoyed the music audio sound quality. However, we are sorry to hear that the microphone quality has not met your expectations.
We have tuned the communication microphones, mainly used for telephone conversations, to the human voice frequency range. They automatically adjust the microphone volume for “low talkers.” In a loud environment where there are voices in the background, it’s possible the microphones will pick up those background voices and bring up the microphone volume. This can send the background voices through to the far end person on a call. The person wearing the headset may hear this too, this is called "sidetone."
We suggest talking louder which allows the communication microphone to pick up your voice over background voices and/or sounds in the same frequency range.
It’s important to note that mobile devices and cell networks may also perform automatic microphone volume adjustments to the communication microphones’ audio path. Please try another mobile device and see if the far end audio improves.

Simply blown away

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Pros: Noise cancelling really works. Audio is incredible. Light, comfortable, quick to charge and lasts forever.
Since our household can’t agree n music it’s a Godsend.
Cons: Controls are very basic and I can’t figure out the Alexa interface but I’m fine with that. My other Bluetooth headset has skip buttons but it’s a minor inconvenience.

the micro usb has been deprecated and it is so inconvenient. it is regret the new released QC35 II and soundsport free are charging via micro usb. i cannot stand for this.

Waste of money

I’m really disappointed with this headset. Spent over 300$ for a headset that I had to return 3 times in the same year. Now it will not charge or turn on. Not cool, should of went with beats by Dre instead.

I’ve had these for about 6 mos now and nothing comes close beats ain’t the way ust for those uninformed
