The ear pads have a terrible design flaw. They show no ware but both have come apart at the seam. No rips just came apart! For as little as I use them they should still be like new but now I need to purchase new pads. Very disappointed!

This perfectly connects to my phone but can't reconnect to my PC. it all the time try to connect to the phone and don't see PC plus my PC when finding this device then recognize as just devise but not as headphones. I try all think from troubleshooting from bose compony NO WORK/ So if you use this for phone only then an ok bit if you want to use for PC then no way to fix this a specially if you still have Win 7

Hi Andrey,
I'm sorry to hear you have had issues connecting your QC35 II wireless headphones to your Windows 7 PC. What you have described sounds like an incompatibility with the Bluetooth chip in the computer. Not all Bluetooth chips support audio streaming, specifically (A2DP, HSP and HFP.) The best place to find out would be to reach out to the manufacturer of the computer.
If the chip in your computer does not support the suggested pairing profiles, this can be counteracted by using the USB Bluetooth Dongle.
I hope this helps!
Kind regards,

Great Sound and exceptional noise cancellation

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been wanting these for a while, and so this Christmas my gf came through and got them for me; and they are nothing short of amazing. I can go running with them, on public transit they just block out all sounds so you focus on your music, which sounds great. Overall very happy and glad my gf got them for me. Just wish I had gotten them myself sooner.

Very Disappointed

While they produce great sound, and the noise cancellation is great, the required phone app appears to be making the sound cut in and out. I think a $50 pair of wired headphones would be better!!!

Hi Joe!
It's great to know you are such a fan of the sound and noise cancellation of your headphones!
There's no reason the Bose Connect app should be causing your headphones to cut in and out. It's very strange that it appears t be doing so for you!
To fix this I would definitely recommend uninstalling and re-installing the app onto your phone. If this still happens after doing so please do reach out to us at the following link as we'd love to look into this further with you! https://bose.life/2P7Tuqt

Great audio playback, HORRIBLE microphone for call

After enjoying my QC2's for over a decade, I was looking forward to upgrading to Bose's latest model. My hope was to use the QC 35 II to listen to music, as well as take calls on my iPhone and computer. I've always been a big fan of Bose's stuff.
The audio playback quality is great. However, the voice functionality is atrocious. The microphone is mounted on the side of the ear cup, meaning it grabs sound from around you first, vs. your own voice. A decently quiet office is not quiet enough for this to work well. Wind outside? Forget it.
Here is to hoping Bose designs an optional accessory that plugs into the port and adds a microphone in front of your mouth, to improve the microphone quality.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Previously had the 15 wired headset. This product is vastly superior, Incredible noise cancelling. Beautiful sound. Just an amazing headset. Obviously the standard setter. Just one more great product from Bose.. I did my homework before I ordered and it sounds better than all the other comparable noise cancelling wireless headsets. Couldn't be happier with my decision.
