Good sound quality

I spend most of my day in headphones, they keep me focused and I feel music motivates me throughout my day. I was interested in trying these out to see how they compare to the ones I use most often, and I was most interested in the wireless feature. Right out of the box they weigh a bit more but the difference was not so significant that I disliked them. They were easy to connect with my phone and the app was easy to download and use. The fit over my ears was not as soft as I was used to, but again not to the point of disliking the headphones. As far as sound quality they worked well, but heavy bass does get a touch fuzzy. The Google Assistant being so easily accessible is a bonus, and it is why these are getting four stars as opposed to three. Overall if you are looking for a good pair of Bluetooth headphones for multitasking these could work for you, they are reasonably comfortable, have good sound and interact with your phone. I received this product for a one month period to test, my opinions are my own.

Makes flying less painful

Bought this for a trip to Colombia and was very happy not having to use earplugs anymore. Also comes in handy when I am mowing the lawn Too many years of riding a Harley has deadened my hearing and has given me hyper accusis, or however it is spelled. Seriously, interior jet noise is really painful.
I would give it a five, but the sound range is not that great when not flying.

On some songs on the iPhone i can hear noise like "khish" and "pup" from the right side of the headphone. dunno if this is a problem with the headphone or a compatibility issue with the iPhone.

So several weeks ago bose.com had users update their headhphones due to charging issues re: the lighting. I had an issue, there was no light yet still needed to be charged. Long story short- updated the tech but still prevalent..

Doesn't work well when connect with two devices

I love my QuiteComfort 35ii wireless headphone. I think it is probably the best one out there. I would give it a 5 stars if it worked seamlessly when 2 devices are connected. The wireless connection sucks sometimes too.
The headphone would normally connect to both my iPhone and Mac. Most of the time, it couldn't pick up music from my Mac (or vice versa from my phone) although there is 100% no music coming out from the other device. It's super annoying because I usually have to turn off (or disconnect) one device to be able to listen to music playing from the other. Hope that Bose will fix this flakiness in the next firmware update.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm travelling a lot and old headhpones were creating a lot of pain when wearing for long time especially during the flights. So it was a time for a change, with Bose, i don't feel them at all, feels very natural, light and noise cancellation is superb. Other great feature is changing between the devices, phone and laptop just with the click.
