[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just bought these Bose headphones never having tried or worn Bose before, and I cannot believe how good the noise cancellation is. I cannot hear ANYTHING while wearing them besides my music or podcast (and presumably calls when I start using them for that). I've had active noise cancelling headphones from other brands before, but they weren't as light and comfortable and effective as the Bose QC35 IIs. I don't usually write reviews but I am so excited at how well these work that I had to share asap. Also the app has really pleasing UI/UX. I wasn't stoked to have to download yet another app, but I think the app has been an enjoyable experience. It's also really cool that I can use Google Assistant despite having an iOS device.

Missed Earthquake Warning

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The QuietComfort 35s worked so well I didn't hear the earthquake warning siren here in Mexico City. I had them on while working from a coffee shop. I looked up from my work and saw everyone running out of the building because of the warning siren. They are worth every penny. So much more comfortable than the Beats headphones.

Set up with my iphone and Mac was a breeze and voila, enjoying my music of different genre and plethora. Outstanding sound quality, a Bose stardard mainstay. Love the NC feature, I get lost with my music, quite immersive listening! Truly, a great product from Bose. Mine is the customized version and a self-gift for this holiday. Happy listening!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used to have the quiet comfort 15 Bose headphones until I just upgraded. I can not take a flight without the noise cancellation feature. The sound is incredible on these as well. I have been using them on the go walking through the city as a headset for phone calls and it’s crystal clear. Don’t even consider another brand, buy Bose for the quality and reliability.

Amazing sound

These headphones are really quite amazing. They cover the entire ear and the noise cancelling is like no other. We had a big fan blowing and when I clicked the button the noise completely stopped and the music was Crystal clear! I love that these came with a protective case and extra pockets for longer cords if needed. The headset adjusts to fit your ears and head perfectly. When the music plays that's all you hear, no unwanted noises in the background, just the beats and song that you're playing. I also love the fact that I can have a phone call come through and hear everything clear while keeping my hands free to do what I need around the house. These headphones also have Google assistant which is another plus! I totally recommend these to music lovers like myself! Absolutely fantastic.

Poor Volume Control and Level

I got these headphones as a gift for Christmas and the sound level is pretty poor. To have decent bass and trebble sound level, you need to go to nearly 95% max level. I will be returning these. Bose...I have you in my house, I have you in my car, I have you for outdoors, but these headphones are the weakest thing you have manufactured so far. I will be purchasing a set of Sony NC headphones.
