good features outweighed by bad features

For the entire time I've owned them, they skip randomly. Fully comfortable, but when audio is not consistent, comfort and noise cancelation features, are a distant secondary consideration. Wish I'd bought sony for 1/3 the price during the holiday.

Bad Quality for the first and second pair

So I bought my first pair in 2017, and the switch was broken after few months. Bose was nice to replace for me. However, this new pair got bad after a year usage. When I turned on the headphones, it made loud noise. The even worse thing was that noise brought me bad headache after using the headphone for 15-20 min. I really need help.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I travel quite a bit for business and I use both the new and old QC 35 headphones. The noise canceling feature is worth it hands down. By far the best headphones I've owned and makes long flight more enjoyable by blocking out engine noise and loud passengers. I haven't used the assistant feature on the QC 35 II so I can't give a review of that feature.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Q35 headphones are great. I use them while I'm working on the yard and when I just want to listen to audio without any noise disturbance,

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the quick Bluetooth pairing it occurs instantly when I flip the switch. The audio is incredible compared to the last headphones I had. And the adjustable noise canceling is a great feature enabling me to hear the family if they call out to me. A great improvement over my 10 year old Bose headset.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am writing a review after owning the product for 7+ months and using them nearly every day. After taking them on tens of flights, hundreds of commutes and using them in every scenario possible all over the world I have nothing but compliments for this piece of technology. Beginning from the pairing process; which on many headphones is cumbersome and bug-filled, the setup process on the QC35s is simple, seamless and straightforward. The battery life is amazing and I barely, if ever, ran out of luck while using them. The sound quality on these is perfect and if you are going to be listening anyways - worth spending the extra few dollars on! Now for the standout feature - the noise cancellation. The sound control on these are superb. They will eliminate all constant sounds - ie an AC unit, background chatter and even plane engines during takeoff, landing or while riding the subway. The only recommendation I would pass on is to improve the quality of the AUX wire that comes for wired use - which snapped during a recent trip, and include the airplane adapter as I'm sure many of the folks buying these headphones tend to travel often. Thank you for an amazing product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got mine as a Christmas present about a year ago and they still hold up to its name. I am able to use my headphones for more than just listening to music. I am able to use the microphone to talk in online chats. The noise cancellation is the best. I live with 4 roommates and I can't hear them, they make for a quieter room. The Alexa features just add that extra creature comfort, Just ask what the weather is. The fact that it can hold multiple devices is even better. I have it connected to my laptop, tablet and phone.
