Can no longer turn off headphones? Resolved the problem by buying some Sony headphones. These will be the first and last Bose headphones that I purchase.

The best headphones on the market, plus Google!

I am a technology addict. I love all things technology-related, especially sound. Bose never fails to bring the best of the best to the table when it comes to sound, and these are no exception. I've owned the original QC35 since launch, and decided I'd like to try the II's for myself.
I've spent all day listening to these at my desk, and they absolutely have the same, unmatched sound, noise cancellation, and battery life of the original QC35 - Bose has managed to take it a tiny step further by adding the smart button. I actually enjoy the Google assistant on my iPhone. I enjoy the sounds it plays when you press the button, and the speed and accuracy of which it responds to voice commands. This is an excellent update to an almost perfect product! Way to go Bose! I'm VERY happy with these.

Simply the best. (Incredible, mind boggling)

I purchased the QC35's about 2-3 years ago & I can confirm this is the greatest purchase I have ever made in my entire life guaranteed. The sound quality doesn't seem to become normal to me. Each time I listen to them, it blows my mind that a set of relatively small headphones can outperform L I T E R A L L Y anything.

If Only Music Share Worked
on April 14, 2018

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the sound and I’m enjoying all features except one. That one feature is important too. Can’t get music share to work and it’s the main reason my husband and I bought two. Get it working and I’ll change my review to a 5.

Obnoxious to use.

An unbelievable pain to get these to pair with anything. And if you don't have the app they're unusable. If you ever pair to a second device (iPhone and computer for example) they'll automatically connect to both and one of the audios won't work. Took 20 minutes today to get them to re-pair with my laptop after unpairing them to connect to my phone. it's just not worth the hassle with how high the price is. Much better noise cancelling options out there.

Sorry to hear you're having this issue. Typically the pairing process is seamless. Our Bose Connect app is designed to allow you to switch between connected sources without a lot of hassle. If you need any assistance with this please contact our technical service for troubleshooting. Thanks for taking the time to review.

Over a year of use. Connecting to what you want to is a pain in the but. Only have 2 choices and you might connect once in a while if you holjd your mouth right. Bose Bluetooth techknolegy is very immature, reminiscent of frustrations when it first was thrust on us. Sometimes takes 20 permutations to try to connect. Will not go back to this brand again.
