Really Good, Close to Being 100% Perfect

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought these headphones because I have extremely loud neighbors who blare music until 3 in the morning in the middle of the workweek. I am not that technologically advance yet I was able to figure these out. I highly recommend them for anyone in my position who have inconsiderate neighbors or who enjoy listening to music in general.
If Bose decides to make a new version in the future, below are my suggestions:
1) The white noise needs quadruple in intensity level. If Bose has to worn customers of potential hearing damage as a result, then so be it, but they need to turn that up!
2) I would like to connect these headphones to my macbook. I can only connect them to my iPad and iPhone.
3) I have a large head, yet on the smallest level the headphones are too big and they fall off a lot at night. There needs to be more options for head sizes.

Lacks low end

It sounds good and clear. THhe noise cancellation is great, but if you like any modern music with low end you’ll find it lacking (relative to other headphones)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I spent about six months of debating whether or not to spend the money on these headphones (I am a college student). I ended up getting them as an early birthday present this week for myself after having the worst episode of sounds sensitivity, tinnitus, and vertigo yet. I’ve tried other things to help, but nothing has given me the relief these headphones have. It was a night and day difference for me. It has helped me focus on my work and pull successful all-nighters and keep my sound sensitivity at bay. The different levels of noise cancellation are a nice feature to be able to adjust it based on where I am at. I mainly wanted them for the noise cancellation, but I’ve been enjoying them with all the features. I have been wearing them almost everywhere, love them!!! I’m hoping to try the sleep buds next, I’m interested in how they would help my tinnitus and getting some real reenergizing sleep.

Great headphones!!

I am very pleased with my headphones. I would say when you take calls it cuts out. I won’t blame this on Bose. It might have been my phone. Noice cancellation is phenomenal! Some times when i take them off I am not use to any of the noises. I love how you can connect to Siri,Google assistant, and Alexa. Not only can you can connect to Siri google and Alexa but you can share songs to other headphone owners! I am very pleased with Bose and I highly recommended!

great until i did most recent update!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I literally bought these a year and a month ago-hence it is out of warranty by ONE MONTH. Anyway, I did the most current update on my headphones (didn't know you could do an update until my son-in-law told me to do so. Well, I did the update and now my headphones will intermittently make a deafening LOUD squeal, then static. I am hoping for a replacement. We will see if Bose will accommodate new headphone replacement.
