Expect Better

Great product in terms of noise reduction and sound. Battery life is questionable. After two years of limited use , well Bose I expected better.

Amazing Sound Cancellation

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought these a week ago while travelling from San Diego to San Antonio for my daughter-n-law's graduation from BMT USAF. the first flight was so noisy i couldn't hear the movie through my Apple Pods. when i landed in San Antonio Airport, I immediately went to a store that sold these kind of headphones. I tried multiple ones, Bose, Sony and Sennheiser were the most recommended. The Bose seemed to be Equal to or better in most categories, sound and cancellation, but the fit seemed to be better on the Bose. After playing with them and using them on my return fights, I really cant do justice in how good these work. Was so amazed on how well they filtered out all the noise on the flights, including a young child crying towards the rear of the aircraft. the sound is awesome. Its unbelievable how clear they are and how well i could hear music and movies on the flight with all that background noise, which was completely filtered out. I cant recommend them enough. You will not be disappointed!!

LOVE my customized QuietComfort 35 headphones

Plus I use them when I fly and no one has a pair like them. This is my 3rd pair of Bose headphones and they are better every time!

Bad Bose Firmware (4.5.2) KILLED Noise Cancelling

I used the BOSE iPhone APP to update the firmware on my QC35's to 4.5.2 and now the noise cancelling feature is neutered. I am so frustrated as I bought these to use every day!!!!

Poor noise cancellation!

After the framework update, I noticed the noise cancellation has almost disappeared.
The company used to focus on the real experience, but now it looks like it is all about some ranges which have nothing to do with the real experience. Recommendation for Bose: Put the headphones on test using a human ear in a real environment for God sake!
A disappointed and a never returning customer.

Sorry to hear of your issues. This is very unusual. Have you checked that the cushions are securely clipped to the headset?
