Simply Perfect

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this headset about 6 months ago and it was my first Bose purchase ever. This is by far the best headset I have ever owned. I purchased it specifically because of the loud construction work that has been going on for over 1 year now right outside my office and now I don't even notice it. My other big concern was being able to wear these comfortably all day - these are SO COMFORTABLE! Battery life lasts for days with no problem. Charges quickly. Bluetooth is easy to sync and unsync as needed. Comes with a nice case to keep them safe and secure when traveling, etc.
I highly recommend these.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My family has owned a couple of this (black, silver, and pink colors). We all love them.
They feel great on the ears, and around the head.
Recently, we tried the 700 headphones, but we didn't like new shape. So we are sticking with the QC35.
We're not so into the Alexa/Google assistant, so we don't use that feature at all.
Sound is great, and Noise Cancelling is awesome.

AG hands free audio / bluetooth

These headphones are fine but they have crippling issues at a design level with the bluetooth connection protocol.
If you only use this on one device, eg. an iPod, and never use any voice apps (accidentally hitting siri anyone?) then you will be fine.
But people with multiple devices includes most of us right? And for the times we do accidentally activate siri, the device switches into a horrendous voice mode where all sounds around you are amplified, the sound becomes outrageously tinny and loud, and I mean, this might actually trigger someone with PTSD. The icing on the cake? There is no way to disable it through the provided configuration app.
The second a voice input is queried by the system (windows, iOS, etc.), your device will switch into AG hands free voice audio dystopia, and there is nothing you can do about it. I will often have to turn off my mobile bluetooth at the root settings level just to get it to disconnect, only to then spend 10-15 minutes failing and troubleshooting getting it connected to a different device.
This many not be Bose's fault but inherent in bluetooth connection protocols, but for something so mobile like wireless headphones it really becomes a critical flaw.

So You Think You Had The Best Headphones Ever...

I started out small, using Phillips listening devices. Then I started moving up, using Sony, Beats, and other companies. Now I'm here with Bose.
I'm just going to say that Bose is the best brand out there and they're serious when they say "World-Class". They really seriously are.
If you know nothing on how to operate the headphones when you first get them have no fear! Bose makes it so that's it's hard to break! Be sure to download the user guide. At times you'll expericence "static" but that's only because there's something up with your bluetooth connection distance (like if you're on the other side of the house, you will obviously lose connection)
The sound quality is, as always, perfect and amazing.
They already have their own Active EQ (once you turn them on) but if you add your own EQ to it, it's so incredible! The bass and treble on the headphones, and the volume is just plain amazing!
As for the noise cancellation, of course there are no such headphones that will snuff out all surrounding sounds unless you want it to squeeze your head and ears and become deaf. This line of headphones from Bose have the best noise-cancelling. It's also pretty good because you can change the levels of noise cancellation (High, Low, Off) and it focuses on getting rid of everyday noise and lower pitch sounds. In result, you can [sometimes] hear people talking to you.
I don't know what else to say. I could continue ranting about how outstanding this listening device is but I can't truly express myself unless you experience it yourself.
I would highly recommend buying this.

I bought the BOSE QC 35 six months ago and they quit working already. A little expensive for headsets that are only going to last 6 months. The headset keeps shutting off and on like every 2 minutes!!!!
