They sounded great for the year that they worked, but they also had some obnoxious features like always interrupting the music to tell you what devices are no longer in range as you move around the house.

Not user friendly. Cuts out regularly

Do not recommend buying these. The headphones are not user friendly. Big hassle setting up Bluetooth to windows computers. Music cuts out regularly if you move your head one way.

Hey Jake! I'm sorry to hear you're encountering issues with your music cutting out — this shouldn't be happening. Do you keep your headphones within the 30ft Bluetooth range of your device? [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These were given to me as a graduation present before college, at first, I was a bit skeptical, how good could headphones be? Well it turns out that they have literally saved my life. With ADHD and misophonia, working in public places can be really difficult, but now with my bose headphones, I can work ANYWHERE! I literally don't even need to take my medication. Not only are these perfectly noise cancelling, but they are so darn comfortable. It feels like I have two soft pillows on my ears! To top everything off, the sound quality is PERFECT. It feels like frank ocean is giving me a private performance as angels are stroking my ear with feathers. Today, I almost cried because how incredible they are. get them.

Right ear blown out???

I got this as a gift recently and when I went to turn it on today, I noticed a muffled sound. I turned the item on and off and that's when the sound cut out completely on the right ear. I'm confused as to why this would happen considering how expensive the product is. I can also guarantee that I do not listen to the music at full volume, to the point where a speaker would stop working. I googled how to possibly fix this problem and apparently it's common for the right ear to stop working?

Hello Amarie,
Sorry to read that you have had an odd experience with your QC35 II's. Poor audio is not something you should experience with a Bose product.
These steps here https://bose.life/3jQKMeP will get your headset back to performing as it should.

Best headphone ever!!

The Bose QuietComfort 35 II havery exceeded my expectations. I had previously owned the previous version and didn't think they could have more improvements since the last one were great. This new headphones are very comfortable to wear and the noise block is amazing. living in a crazy house with children, the noise block allows me to escape in my music giving that privacy. The new improvements of the Google assistant is amazing. having easy access to talk or receive phone calls or messages without reaching my phone is one of my favorite things.Compare to other brands, the Bose QuietComfort 35 II is definately my choice and would recommend to friends and family.

Best Headphones Around!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received these as a birthday/going away present for medical school and they are PHENOMENAL! Everyone here is jealous of these and the noise cancelling works amazingly! Solid purchase. You'll realize how well they work the first time you use them. Watch a movie with these on an airplane and when you take them off to land, you will be shocked with how much noise is on the plane!
No complaints here. Crisp sound. Others can't hear your music (even on full volume in a quiet library, I tested it). Controls on the headphones are wonderful. Phone calls are great! People can hear me and I them. Etc...
