Noise Canceling is insane!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased these headphones early December and love them! The cost may stray some away, but this cost is perfect! The noise cancelling is perfect for commuting, or when on a plane. Even with music playing around you, you can focus on what you want without having to max out the sound. I originally had Apple Airpods, but these take an amazing first. These headphones are extremely comfortable. The sound quality is not the most amazing out there, the bass is average. But it is much better than headphones I have previously owned.

Great Sound & Appearance

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The QC35's are the nicest pair of headphones I've ever owned. Not only do they look great, but most importantly, they sound incredible. At first, I thought the Amazon Alexa integration would be gimmicky, but it's actually pretty neat. The noise cancelling works like a charm, and has two settings (high or low).
Unrelated to the audio quality and appearance - I customized my headphones. While the website said it'd take 6-8 weeks, it took approximately 11 weeks. I ordered another pair of non-custom QC35's, which only took 2 days to arrive, as expected.

Firmware Update Ruined ANC

I just received my new QC 35II's yesterday and they sounded great right out of the box. Unfortunately, I allowed the app to update the firmware to 4.5.2, which ruined the ANC performance - now far worse than my QC 15's. Based upon the lack of a remedial path forward to correct this issue in the support forums, they are going back to the store today. Have used Bose products for the better part of 40 years - Very disappointed.

Excellent Noise Cancelling headphone

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the best noise cancelling headphone out there. I have tried different noise cancelling and noise isolating headphones but nothing comes close to Bose. I have been using Bose QC35 for 3.5 years now as I work in a collaborative work environment and this helps me focus on my work. I am on my third headphone now since they seem to last about 1.5 hrs on average. Of course I use them for about 8 hrs per day. The battery lasts long and Bluetooth is awesome. I switch between my Android phone and my windows laptop frequently and no problems at all. I did replace the ear cushions once but that's it. Overall I am extremely happy with the QC 35 headphones. I will continue to use these going forward.

Amazing headphones!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had the old QC35s for several years. Love them, great sound quality. I wish that the noise-cancelling "seal" didn't break when you turn your head. Sometimes the suction on the headphones hurts the inner ears, but there may be no way around that. The cushioned top of the headphones begins to hurt after prolonged use. Overall, I would highly recommend these and will gladly buy my next pair of headphones from Bose.

screws fell out.

I had the headphones for about a year, and then one of the screws that held the cup in fell out. they don't sell replacement screws, even though there is a forum dedicated to problem that they have addressed but not helped at all. i do not recommend.

Extremely quiet!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I constantly have an air filter/fan running and it makes a bit of noise. Once I put on these headphones, I hear nothing. Don’t even need to add sound. Also very comfortable and light. When listening to music, it seems to be just a hair heavy on the bass, but that’s fine with me. Might be less appealing if listening to strings.

Now I wear them everywhere I go. Trip to the bodega? Check. Going to get the mail? Check. Uber to LaGuardia? You bet. The sound is impeccable and wearing them for phone calls is game changing. 1000% recommend to anyone wanting more than silly airpods.
