Worst Headphones

I was so excited to order a custom pair of bose headphones. THERE ARE TERRIBLE ISSUES WITH CONNECTING TO BLUETOOTH DEVICES (basically the whole point of wireless). Often can't connect to the device I want to connect to even after clearing all the saved devices on my headphones. This is NOT a user issue, this is definitly either a firmware or product issue. The noise canceling on these headphones are also subpar. I have another pair of Bose headphones that are amazing (however they are corded..) SO dissapointed in Bose and will NOT be buying their prodcuts again. :(

I have been having issues with the Quietcomfort 35 2 from the first day I bought it. It always breaks up, can't find it on my phone sometimes and keep repeating "connecting to my iPhone, connecting to my laptop, connecting to.....etc" x10 time to the point I want to through it out of the window. Moreover, I end up using the wire because noticing it via Bluetooth is such a headache. I honestly think this headphone does not worth the price with all these software issues.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I originally and still have the first generation NC wired headset. I have the QC35 series one and it performs exactly as the wired set. Great cancellation, superb music tones....wow battery life! Now having added this series II to my collection. Only complaint is that sometimes I feel the max column level should be higher than it is. It’s not a deal breaker, just a tweak would be perfect. Very comfortable, dependable, and excellent performance with all styles of music. Highs to kids to very low lows.....crystal clear. Nothing beats these....not for the last 10 years! Plus....now when the earpiece soft material wears you can order the entire “cushion cup” and just snap them out and in!! Perfect for longevity of this great product. Wired, wireless, now ar........awesome!

Very good

Sound quality is really good. Noise cancelling also. I can make phone calls in very noisy places without issue. Negatives: the turn-on/off button I hate. Like Apple Airpods I would like this headset to turn on automatically when I put it on and turn off when I take it off. Many times I forget to turn it off and it's annoying wasting energy. It also gets uncomfortable after 30 minutes of wearing especially on the top of my head but on my ears to. I have to take it off for 5 minutes after every 30 minutes. If you are watching a movie it is no fun. On top of my head the only solution to make it comfortable longterm is via using an elastic strap which I only had on a Pioneer headset years ago. That would never get uncomfortable on top of my head. On my ears it would need to be a little bigger to get off the pressure from my ears completely. One more negative: it could be a little lighter. I bought this to watch movies on long flights and having this to take with me weight really matters. Overall I am happy with this headset and I would buy it again. I wrote down the negatives so maybe the team will read it and they will make this good product even better.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Let me tell you, if you haven't had a chance to try these out you've been listening to Music wrong the entire time. These headphones give absolutely amazing sound quality and with the noise cancelling feature... WOW blocks out all the sound around you making you 100% engaged in the music. I will never own another pair of headphones again, I've had Bose over ear noise-cancelling headphones for 2 years now and they work like i just got them yesterday. absolutely amazing product. If you dont have them yet, buy them now. Wont regret it.

Useless after reconnect problems

Problem: I have 2 Bose QuietComfort 35 series 2 headphones with me and both of them are facing the same problem. And both started along the same time period. After few minutes of using the headphones, the bluetooth gets disconnected and reconnects automatically without any user intervention. It is very annoying to have 700$ worth of headphones becoming useless (Especially during the pandemic time).
Note that I have had good experience with these headphones until this problem started. After the problem has started, the headphones irritated me more than the comfort :P
Troubleshooting: I have tried the following. 1. Clearing the device list and repairing again. 2. Resetting the headphones. 3. Changing the Bluetooth name and repairing again. 4. Updating the firmware using "Bose updater". The software is at 4.5.2 (latest at the time of this review). 5. Tried connecting to Macbook, iPad, Windows and Android devices. And the problem is reproducible with all kinds of connections.
I have googled for solution. But then there is NO post which points to a working solution for me. It is kind of sad to see so many users facing the same issue, over multiple years, and there is no solution yet for this problem.
Don't trust the review ? Google for Bose and reconnect.

I would absolutely pay more for this experience. No, these headphones are not cheap. No, it may not be easy to justify the cost at first. But yes, these are absolutely legendary. They are beyond comfortable, especially for headphones. As an average person, the sound is really great and the noise cancelling works phenomenally. With nothing bad to say, all I can say is what an amazing experience these give and are totally worth the hefty cost. Kudos to Bose for this one.
