Great sound, durability, and service

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got the custom QC35s in the summer of 2018. They looked amazing and were a HUGE improvement over my 2009 QC15s. They were comfortable, had a nice battery life, and were simply a pleasant investment. I took great care of them and one day the right driver stopped functioning. I reported this and Bose sent me a new pair with the same customizations! Best. Service. Ever. Since then I have been more relaxed with my headphones, and I can truly attest to their durability from being tossed around in my backpack, around my head/neck during runs/workouts. I've had this replaced version for almost 2 years now and functionally they're as good as they were on day 1, and aesthetically theres just some chipped paint around the swivel joints and the plastic pieces near the headband from extensive wear&tear and some wearing out of the actual ear-pads.

As someone who is noise sensitive, and allergic to idiots, these headphones grant me immediate relief into my own -- quieter -- world. At the gym and tired of listening to annoying conversations and terrible music? You will not hear a thing with these headphones on. Want to meditate while your girlfriend watches TV in the other room? No problem. Without sound playing, the headphone do a pretty good job of muffling most noise, but it's not like earplugs or anything. Without sound playing, you can hear most stuff, just quieter. But if you're playing even low volume sound, everything is quiet. The other day my boss was standing behind me literally shouting for my attention, and it took me a good while to notice, and only through the reflection on my computer screen. Dope headphones.

Best Noise Cancelling Headphone you can buy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased mine about 2 years ago and I use them whenever I travel and on other occasions as well. I tested several other brands thoroughly including Beats and Sony before purchasing these. I like several things about the Bose better. First, the comfort. These are the most comfortable over the ear headphones I have ever worn. They are shaped PROPERLY in my opinion (why do other manufacturers make round ear cups, when ears are not round???). I can wear these for hours with no pressure on my ears or my head and they are really perfect in this regard. I find the noise cancelling to be absolutely great, and I the sound quality is also exactly what I like, whether listening to music or audiobooks. The sound has good bass without being overly boosted and unnatural like Beats tend to be. I also like the design of these headphones. IMO they are by far the best looking compared to the competitors, some of which look like they were designed by a 9 year old (Sony).

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased these headphones because I’m severely deaf, and the streaming devices for heating aides did not work well. i was unable to even make and receive phone calls. With these headphones, they fit perfectly while wearing hearing aides...and I’m able to hold phone conversations, something I was never able to do before! Thank you so much for a making a great product! Music sounds wonderful!!

Life saver

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm dealing with some very obnoxious upstairs neighbors, that have no respect for other people. While trying to sort the situation the Bose QC35 II have been a blessing for my mental health to escape being a prisoner in my own home from the constant loud noise.
I've also recently started to use them with my PC for gaming to avoid being annoyed by the constant noise from above, as no ordinary gaming headsets could block out that noise. Because of Bluetooth latency being an issue when gaming, I'm using the Bose with a wired connection (bought an extension cord) to my PC and an external clip-on lavalier microphone (total extra cost €18).

Great Product!

Just got my Bose QC35 IIs today, and I haven't taken them off yet! I have pretty much everything Google, so the new built-in Google Assistant is perfect for me. I can control my Philips Hue light bulb, or switch to a different Spotify playlist, simply by telling my headphones. I can get notifications from my phone by pressing the action button, so I don't even have to get my phone out of my pocket. The sound quality and noise-cancelling are obviously still the best out there. I definitely recommend these headphones.
I did not give the durability a rating considering that I just got the headphones today.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As someone who owned the QC 35 II for more than a year, I can tell you this is the best impulse buy I ever made. It is so comfortable. The noise cancellation is very good, altough the Sony 1000xM3 wins in this category. I have already decided to buy the next generation that would hopfully has a better noise cancellation. [10/10 for comfort] [8/10 for sound] [8/10 for noise cancellation] [8/10 for battery]. [10/10 for customer support].
