Horrible quality.

I bought these and had them for about a month. They were great at the start and had great noise cancellation! However..that only lasted for a while. The band somehow got stretched and now they are so loose! I have to be so careful now, fearing they will slip off. Very disappointing.

Not worth of cost, don't feel like BOSE product

1. Bluetooth get's connect very easily with 2 product but sometime headphone cant decide from which product sound should pick. Sometime it does not allow sound from 2nd device until you disconnect 1st product. 2. Bluetooth range is good but it get's disconnect intermittently. if you keep phone in pant's pocket while walking. I need to keep it in shirt's pocket or jacket which is very annoying. My phone does not have any cover so no issue with phone's bluetooth. 3. Noise cancellation works best while you are sitting at one place. BUT while walking or typing I could hear more counter sound which headphone creates to nullify surrounding sound. I use noise cancellation level high. Sometime I feel better sound quality without noise cancellation which is actual reason i bought this and flagship of this product. I am not happy with noise cancellation feature at all.
Overall:- For this price, I don't feel like I got product from Bose which is known for best quality. I have Bose soundbar 300 and I am very happy with it so I bought this latest technology headphone.
I will not recommend this headphone.

Hi Rohan, thanks for taking the time to post a review of our QuietComfort 35 II headphones!
We're sorry to hear you're been experiencing issues with your headphones. We'd recommend clearing the Bluetooth pairing list on the headphones to reset the connection between your devices and the headphones. This can be done by powering on your headset, then slide and hold the Power switch toward the Bluetooth icon for about 10 seconds until you hear "Bluetooth device list cleared."
If you require further technical support, we encourage you to reach out to technical support in your region via http://global.bose.com and we'd be happy to help get this resolved.
We thank you for your feedback.
Kind regards,
Andy - Technical Support

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the version one a year or two ago, and version 2 a few months ago, Right before the sony 1000xm3 was released. I can say that the version two does not add too much to the product but it is still the same. If it isn't broken don't fix it! I am absolutely happy with this product as the comfort level is off the charts. I have tried both the Sony and the Bose headphones. I can say that admittedly, Sony might have a little better sound quality, however comfort here is unparalleled. That being said, this is a product that is beneficial to those looking for noise cancellation on long plane rides or car trips. This is definitely a product that is stellar at handling long duration use. No competition there.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought my headphones about a year ago, and it is the best headphone shopping that I have ever done. They have very good noise cancellation system, they don't break easily, comfortable; the cushions are very soft, they grasp perfectly around your head even if your hair has a lot of volume. Battery life is very extended I charge my headphones every 2 to 3 days. The only downside, about these headphones are, that they are not really made for calls, when in a phone conversation it feels like the headphones pick up all the noise from the speakers and adds them to the conversation.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Got QC 35II for Christmas sound and noise reduction is great. Range for bluetooth very bad, ten feet if I'm lucky. Need to work on bluetooth range.

Hi Poppie64,
Thank you for taking the time to review our product!
We're sorry to hear that your Bluetooth range isn't what you would expect. The QC35 II has a Bluetooth range of around 33 feet as long as there is no interference. If your headphones are not achieving this, we would recommend reaching out to technical support in your region.
