Excellent choice

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had these bad boys for couple weeks now and I'm always fascinated how much these drown out the outside world once you take them off. If you travel or just want to be in your own world these are not just comfortable but the battery life last a long time. You can pair these with two devices so you dont have to disconnect one for another. You pay a premium for these but what you get back is premium too.

Great product over all but...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got mine for Christmas 2 years ago. The pros : comfort, light weight, noise cancelling, durable, compatible with Google assistant/Alexa(which ever one you use), the easy fold up design and sheek look! Now the cons: only 1 button for play/pause/skip fwd/skip bkwrd( maybe you thought this was a good idea but it's terrible!), The range is way shorter than I expected let's say about 25ft (my last pair of headphones cost 2x LESS the range was almost 100ft) and oh yeah the price is the biggest con.

terrible. bad software. terrible microphone

i bought this 2 months ago and within the second month i had the following issues:
1. when i connect to my macbook and connect to youtube, i hear disturbance occasionally. reconnecting resolves the issue
2. microphon is absolutely terrible. i have to shout so that i can be heard. the microphpone picks up outside noises more than my voice. forget talking in the bus or on the road. i dont even use it for calls anymore.
3. the app on the phone is troublesome and doesnt detect the headphone even though the phone did. i use OP5T

Doesn't support connecting to iPhone and Computer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This set pf headphones doesn't support connecting to iPhone and Computer if you use Slack, Skype, Webex, Teams ect... if you try they constantly disconnect and reconnect your phone, which disrupts your audio on the computer call. You have to disconnect from your phone during your computer call then reconnect when you are done.
Other than that I love these headphones! Comfortable and sound great! Time will tell how well they last.

The best part is that I use these headphones in the gym while running and weight lifting. They stay on my head without slipping off. They stay put. Love these headphones!

Ergonomic for the years but poor user experience

They sit more comfortably over the years than any other headset I have tried but when it comes to user experience I am very disappointed for the following reasons:
1. You have a button that can only be configured with an app that refuses to let you do ANYTHING without giving permissions that should not be required to configure a button! (basically they are forcing your hand with an "all or nothing" type of choice - from PC it is not possible to do this as far as I know)
2. I connected them to a win7 PC via a Bluetooth adapter and, even though they are selected as playback device, I get no sound. (the Sony headset works just fine) Finding support for this was impossible.
3. Even though they are already connected to a device, as soon as I turn on the Bluetooth on a second device that I want to use with a different headset, QC 35 II will try to connect to the second device for some reason making life tough.

I'm sorry to hear that you are experiencing some issues connecting your headset to your Bluetooth adapter. I'll be happy to assist you with this! I would recommend clearing the Bluetooth pairing list on both devices. On the QC35's, you can use the instructions outlined here: https://bose.life/2RWs7RH. Once complete, try reconnecting and trying again. If you continue to experience issues, try updating here: https://bose.life/2Rzbvk5.

The application used with these headphones does not require you to connect an account. The application is not available on a PC. The privacy policy is all you need to accept to use the app, I have included the policy here for your reference: https://bose.life/2t9iaYQ.

Hey Eugen,

So happy to hear that you love the comfort of your headphones.

You do not have to sign-in nor register to benefit from using the Bose Connect app. However, all Android apps using Bluetooth Low Energy require the use of location settings.

Very buggy, inside of ear piece wearing out

Sound quality and noise cancellation is ok.
However, I get a lot of interference when trying to take meetings using video conf on my laptop. The headset has a mind of it's own. When the headset is in a good mood I am able to connect thru bluetooth just fine and everything works smoothly. When it's in a bad mood, it will keep getting disconnected from my laptop randomly. At times I have banged my head against the wall to make it reconnect but nopes.
In less than 2 years use, the ear piece is totally worn out. Not worth the price.
