Not really great for working out and getting sweaty. The odor of sweat is hard to get out of the mesh in the middle of the headset. When making a call noise cancellation is turned off, which really sucks. Does not have a strong base. Other than that I think they are pretty good.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I won these headphones in the Niall Horan contest, and I am officially hooked on Bose products. The noise cancelling is amazing, they are extremely comfortable, and the battery life is astounding. They need very little charging time for hours of sound. I would recommend to anyone. Totally worth the investment.

I love these headphones. I wear them everyday at work. I just hate how quickly the ear pieces wear down. I don’t use these at the gym either, just work.

Hi Gdavis23, thanks for posting a review regarding your QuietComfort 35 II Headphones!
We're happy to hear that you love the audio quality, but sorry to hear that the ear cushions have deteriorated. These are made from a leather, which can naturally deteriorate over time taking into account storage and climates that the headphones are being used in.
The good news is that replacement cushions are available. To schedule a replacement we encourage you to reach out to your local support outlets in your region via our website at http://global.bose.com, and using the "Contact us" feature at the bottom of the screen. We look forward to hearing from you!
Kind regards,
Andy - Bose Support

Love everthing except the noise cancellation!

I purchased 2 of the QuietComfort 35 wireless headphones II for Christmas gifts. (One for my husband and one for me). I wrapped and gave both to him Christmas.
We were away and did not return home until mid-January. I was so very excited to have all of the features of the Bose quality sound, answering the phone and most importantly being able to mow the yard and use the blower while still listening to music.
However, even with the sound cancellation at a high level I hear all of the outside noise while mowing the yard or using the leaf blower and can hear nothing when it comes to music or the phone ringing. It’s almost as if I don’t have it on. And I do have something to compare these to.
Several years ago I purchased some noise cancellation headphones by Husqvarna (less than $20) and they are far, far superior at noise cancellation. I use them with my wireless Bluetooth inside of the headphones and they are perfect.
What happened Bose? This is definitely not like you. You guys are always the best when it comes to sound.

Hi NancyO, Thank you for taking the time to review the QuietComfort 35 II headphones. We're sorry to hear you are unhappy with the Noise Cancellation provided by your headphones. If your headphones are not adequately reducing the ambient noise for you, it would definitely be worth trying checking for and installing any product updates at btu.bose.com as well as checking that the ear cushions forming a seal against your head while in use. We hope this helps.
