The title says it all as far as the headphones. In addition, the customer support is outstanding. Had a problem understanding the Bluetooth setup and they provided excellent help

Amazing features and sound!

I got this a couple weeks ago! Very happy with what I got. Was expecting good sound quality and decent noise cancellation. I couldn’t more happy!! Excellent sound and top of the line noise cancellation! I use my headphones all throughout the day, so the 20 hour battery life is amazing!! And the microphone quality works perfect with the google assistant (built into the headphones!!) and calls. Very happy Bose!!! Great work!!

Good quality sounding headphones

Have had the headphones for about a month and have enjoyed them. The quality is pretty awesome. Love the long battery life and noise cancelling is way awesome. Sound is good, but wish the volume wouldnt max out where it does. Played with the settings for a bit and were extremly easy to figure out. I spaced one day and forgot the controls, so I easily got on the app and quickly found instructions on how the controls work. Bose knows what theyre doing when it comes to sound.

Life changing headphones . . .

I've always used the in-ear headphones because I couldn't get on with the big bulky cans squashing my ears.
However these have revolutionised my music listening at home with them linked to the Amazon Echo. I've been getting beautiful tones whichever room I'm in and honestly I forget I'm wearing them, they are that gentle compared to my experiences of old.
Before having these I would have not had much of an opinion on noise cancelling functionality but it does have a place in a family home where you want to sit with the rest of the family who are watching TV. It is really that good and reduces room noise to a very low level.
Regarding the quality, this is a Bose product and it is exactly as one would expect, a beautifully designed produce, that is very tactile and offers in my mind a very nice and natural sound.

Love these but...

I was given these for a gift and I've only used them 3 times when I watch movies while flying. The cushion came off the ear phone and can't seem to get it fixed. Not sure where to take it to get it fixed. Any ideas? I absolutely love these

Great Sound, but Google/Bose Connect Needs Work

What I love:
- The sound of these headphones is great, with a rich soundscape and not too much bass.
- The noise cancelling is phenomenal.
- They are also much more comfortable to wear for longer periods of time; less heat than my QuietComfort 2's.
What Needs Work:
- The integration between Google Assistant and the Bose Connect applications really needs work. Bose Connect consistently looses connection to my iPhone, even when I'm listening to music (go figure), and the only way to reconnect the Bose App to the iPhone is to shut it down and restart it. Granted, this isn't a problem if you don't use Google Assistant, but if that's the case you don't need the Series II model - stick with the regular QC35 1st gen. I do use Google Assistant, and need the Bose App to select the level of noise cancelling (off, low, or high).
- If Google/Bose get the integration right, I'll gladly give these headphones 5 stars; the sound is that good for a pair noise cancelling cans.

Has some flaws, but overall it's a great buy

Got it for Christmas and have been using it for the past 2 days, have gotten some good use out of it. There are a couple of minor negatives that keep it from being a 5 but overall I think it's a great product.
Positives:
- Sound Quality is top-notch and the noise cancelling is pretty good (great for a music nerd like me)
- You don't feel like you're wearing headphones when you're wearing them, they're very comfortable.
- Have already dropped them multiple times cause I'm very clumsy, let me tell you they seem durable as heck. You'll be using these for multiple years before they break.
- The included case is a great, has extra pockets for portable chargers or wires, doesn't take up too much space and has a hard outer shell so those headphones won't be breaking in there
- The app is a nice feature that makes using them a lot easier
- Battery Life is long, and charging is quick.

- If you want to use them while they are charging, it's a hassle. First of all the included charging chord is very short, and secondly the headphones completely shut off, so you'd have to use the cable to actually hear anything. Thankfully these charge very fast so it's not too huge of a problem.

Noise canceling thank you!

I got these as a Christmas gift. I love the fact that you can just noise cancel while not listening to music too. It’s like walking into a world of calm. I’m autistic and this helps so much with my sensory system and I don’t need my snugs for my ears which are sometimes uncomfortable to lay down with. They are comfortable and I can wear them all day. Slight weight and soft. So cozy. Also of course music sounds beautiful I’ve never heard such beautiful sound.
