QC35 for the Peace of Mind

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Provides me with peace, quiet, and mind. I can listen to what I want and dampen the rest of the world around me. I am living with Hyperacusis and Tinnitus and the QC35 allow me to walk in the world when I need to. Without their seal over my ears and the ANC I would not function. Thank you Bose!

I had mine for about 6 months when the on/off switch broke. Why put a plastic button to turn and off. Stop being cheap. I love them and they sound great, but I will not spend that much for them again.

Major issues after update!

I updated my headphones for the first time since I got them and now I am having serious issues. The right ear pad is getting this popping sound that makes them unusable now! The ANC has lost power as well, I can hear people easier now and constant noise is more apparent. And now im experiencing calling issues where when I use my MIC the outside audio is amplified! I can hear myself a lot more, any outside noise is much louder.

I'm sorry to hear you've had issues with popping sounds after updating the firmware of the product. While firmware updates are issued occasionally to ensure the security and performance of the product is maintained.
It has always been the case that when you place a call a feature we use called Sidetone is enabled to ensure you can hear yourself and the surroundings during the call to make it easier for you to speak.

Great sound quality. Flawed power switch.

I have had this headset for about 4 years now. I love the sound quality. The battery life is amazing too. Noise cancellation is the best I could find (I compared several headsets before buying). There is one major issue with this headset. After about a year or so it started turning on by itself while in the case. As it did it would run out of battery making the headset unusable next time you need it. The problem as I discovered is hardware related and is described in details on Bose forums. Multiple people posted run downs of how to disassemble the headphones and fix the flaky power switch. I did it in 2017 once and the problem went away for some time. I just did it again in 2019.
