[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought in summer of 2018. Side by side comparison with Beats while in the Apple store. Loved the Beats.....until I saw the Bose display in the back corner of the store. Tried the QC 35's.....and they never left my head! Was no comparison, sound quality was far superior to others. No issues with set up, pairing, app use, etc. Bluetooth connectivity is good (phone in kitchen and I can use throughout the whole house). Recommend this product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using these headphones for almost 9 months. I specifically bought them for a few long flights I had scheduled 9 months ago; but then I slowly started using them to talk on the phone. Then it came listening to music. I felt like I pushed more than I really wanted to with the price but 9 months later these headphones are worth every penny. The fit is great. The talking sound quality is superb. The noise reduction is great and the music sound is just fantastic. So far I have not encountered any kind of issues with these headphones; and for the last 3 months they are in my computer bag daily.

Great headphones but be aware of firmware!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased the QC35ii in May, 2019 after months of research. They were everything that I had hoped for in wireless headphones, to include seamless BT connection, good volume, great overall sound quality, and outstanding ANC. Everything was going well until the recent firmware update. Now the ANC is weaker, the sound signature is less immersive, and the volume is slightly reduced. These anomalies were also observed by my husband and others. Hopefully Bose is working on a remedy. Their attempt to fix something that was not broken was an epic fail.
Response from bose.comBy Vicky W , Technical Support, July 25, 2019
Hello Lisa,
Thanks for providing a review on your QC35 II headphones.
We heard your concerns and went back to reexamine everything to confirm that the Acoustic Noise Cancellation technology on our QC35 II headsets is working the way it should. We confirmed that no changes to the software for Active Noise Cancelling or ANC modes were made as part of this firmware update and no impact to ANC was detected during our validation testing. Our validation testing is a comprehensive process which is part of all firmware releases. We have revisited our test records and confirmed there are no changes to ANC. Our test methodology includes multiple headsets across multiple firmware builds in controlled conditions to ensure consistent and reproducible results. Based on this rigorous testing, we are confident that the noise cancellation in the QC35 II headsets is performing as well as it has been since their initial production.
I hope that this addresses any concerns that you may have.
Kind Regards, Vicky W - Customer Support

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had these for three years, and I love them so much. I have a mental disorder that causes me to be highly sensitive to certain sounds, and these definitely help. I’ve been harsh with them, and they are still just as effective. The only problem that I encounter is the battery life. I almost always have these on, except to sleep/shower/etc. after doing this for three years, I charge them and they only work for less time. That’s inevitable, though. The audio is pristine and clear. Even after they die, I just plug in the chord to my phone, and they continue to play (just without noise canceling). I’ve convinced many people to buy this, and will continue to do so. I love them so much, and I 100000% believe you should buy them.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very strong bluetooth connection and very quick to pair with my Samsung TV, the earlier QuietComfort 35 was usually harder to connect. No problem now and I can walk across the street and still listen to the TV even though its 50' to 70' feet away. Great product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Due to having a variety of dogs, birds and cats, I bought these to wear around my house to cancel noise. They enable me to concentrate on my work and exam preparation.
