Help they Quit

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had my comfort headphones 2/12 yrs & this trip they didn’t work I charged them & checked my input it worked on other device but not my headphones. How do I check this, where is the secret button

Works poorly with Linux

As a computer science student, I bought these headphones for my coding interviews. However, upon connecting them with my laptop that runs on Linux Ubuntu 20 LTE and enabling voice input, I kept receiving a voice prompt saying, "Incoming call." Even after disabling this feature through the mobile app, there were interruptions caused by the headphones during my calls. For this reason, I decided to return these headphones.
That said, the headphones worked great on my android phone and the noise-canceling quality was excellent.

I'm so glad to hear that you are enjoying the sound quality and noise cancellation of these headphones.
I'm sorry to hear that you had some issues using the headphones with your Linux PC which made you decide to return them. I would recommend clearing the pairing list on the headphones by pressing the switch to the Bluetooth icon for 10 seconds. Once complete, delete the pairing on your Linux PC. This will help with the connection.

good headphones but came with some dents and...

Fantastic sound and very comfortable to wear

I’m impress and happy with the quality of sound, versatility and the combination of the apps gives you so many options to set the sound you want. I simple love them when walking with my dogs or just taking calls with them.

Good sounding headphones terrible app

One problem with the phones is if they are connected to two sources interference sometimes occurs. It is very hard to navigate the app in order to fix the problem. In addition the app is not intuitive to use, it needs a thorough overhaul.
