[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very comfortable for my product it does static from time to time when volume is up. The only real downside is muffs fray at glued seam on leather but other than that I love and support Bose.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought them few months ago. I really like the sleek design and build quality. Sound quality is very good but not the best especially with absence of extra bass that other cheaper headphones have. Battery life is ok but it drops more when you use the noise cancelling. Noise cancelling is amazing. Ear cushions are so comfortable. I really like the new update that made the alexa button control the level of noise cancelling.

Volume adjust does not work with Precor treadmill

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought these headphones because when I go to the gym it is very noisy. I am using the aux cable to connect to a Precor treadmill. When you connect the headphones to the treadmill, you can't adjust the volume using the manual controls on the treadmill or the +/- buttons on the headphones. No one at Bose seems to have a solution to this problem. Very disappointing.

Great sound but

I am happy with sound but what you have done to ANC in the last update is bad. When i bought this headphones 8 month ago highest settings of AFC killed almost all sounds. It was lifesaver for me, I do travel a lot and appreciate quiet travels. Now I can hear people talking, crying kids, announcements and pretty much everything else, exept I put music volume to some high levels...

I bought this headset in USA in June 2019. After reaching to Qatar, I found ,audio breaks during the song play. Tried with 2 mobile devices (iPhone 7 and Samsung A30) and observed the same issue. It is random with different songs. Thought of updating the firmware and it says, I have updated firmware and settings. Any solution to this problem?

Doesn’t live up to previous models

I’ve always been a big fan of the QC line of Bose headphones, however these ones have failed me more than a few times. The noise cancelation is great as expected, however, the actual quality of sound lacks compared to that of its predecessors. Not only that, but this model developed some prevalent audio glitches only a few months in that makes listening to music an unpleasant experience. The QC35 II is a solid step down, as disappointing as it may sound.

I bought the QC 35 II to listen to the TV. They were comfortable for long wear but when I got up to go to my kitchen the sound started to interrupt. After walking around the house I found that all sound was lost if more than 20 feet away from the source. Have since returned and bought another brand that has no lost of sound anywhere in my house.

Hello Kenneth,
It's great to hear you found the headphones comfortable, but I'm sorry you have had issues with interruptions of the connection.
The headphones have a range of around 10m/33ft from their media source, but this can be affected by sources of external interference nearby. For the best performance possible, I would recommend staying within this distance with a good line-of-sight between the headphones and your device.
If you continue to have any issues do not hesitate to get in touch with support here: https://bose.life/2Xll2Lo. We will be more than happy to help!
Kind regards,

Could not use for in-flight entertainment?

I was so excited to use this noise canceling wireless headphone for my trip. Noise canceling function worked great, but when I tried to watch movie with cable included in the package as an accessory part, I could not hear voice of movie at all, while I could hear background music of the movie. Not sure if this is defective product or not, but I am planning to return this product once I return from my trip.

Hello,
I am so happy that you love the noise canceling on your new headphones. This does not seem normal, the issue you are having with the airplane adapter.
