Very effective headphones

Best Headphones in the world

I got the first quitecomfort 35’s for Christmas last year and they were amzing. Easily the best noise canceling headphones I have ever used. My pair got stollen out of my dorm room today.... so I upgraded and bought these. As a college student these will be one of the best investments you can make.

Love them, but where is the airplane adaptor?

Bought a QC35 about 2 months ago, loved them; bought a pair for my wife about a month ago, loved them; bought at QC 3 II last week as a gift for a relative flying in from overseas, and was surprised and embarrassed to find that the airplane adaptor is no longer included, so he can't use them on the way back for in-flight entertainment. This is not mentioned on the box or anywhere else until you open the case and find the airplane adaptor is missing and you have to buy it as a separate accessory! Is the profit margin on this product so low that we have to be nickel-and-dimed like this? Doesn't Bose realize that people like to use this product on aircraft, and not just to block out sound but also to watch movies or listen to music? Also, it the audio instructions now seem to insist that you download the Bose app to set up the headphones - my relative is not interested in downloading apps, he just wants to enjoy the gift!

Amazing but.....

I’ve had these headphones for about a 7 months now and they’re amazing. The sound quality is great, the battery last more than 20+ hrs, connecting to your phone is simple and fast and they’re of course very very comfortable but the earpads are not premium and will need replacing every couple of months. I thought Bose would fix this issue from the QC 25 but I guess I was wrong.

Durability?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] If you are looking for durable headphones these are the ones. One night I was getting dropped of by my friend and when I was getting my bag out of the car my headphones had fallen out and onto the driveway. Anyway long story short my friend ended up running them over and they still work perfectly but there is a bit of damage to the headstrap and scratching on the ear pieces however for functionality wise they are as good as new.

Lifechanging... with one problem

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bose has a truly incredible product here... I’m basically married to these headphones since buying them. Amazing audio quality, and they help me sleep when noisy roommates are an issue.
It pains me to give this 4 stars because it really deserve a 5, BUT. It’s that unbelievably loud, annoying voice that alerts you every time a device loses connection or the battery is low. There’s nothing as annoying as being lulled to sleep by this amazingly beautiful silence, only to be startled wide awake by “BATTERY LOW” or “MACBOOK PRO, DISCONNECTED.” It would be fine if it wasn’t so painfully loud, but there’s no way to adjust the volume on this voice. Bose, I beg you to address this in the next rendition. I’d much rather tell which device is connected by simply hearing whether the sound is coming through, than having an annoying voice inform me at a volume that’s so unnecessarily loud and obnoxious.
That being said, thanks for changing my life! I can sleep now, as long as I make sure every possible device in range has the Bluetooth turned off.
