This was great while I used it for about 6 months or so. Then it started spewing black powder on the outside while it was running. Definitely don't want to use it anymore so it had a very, very short lifespan.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I've had mine for about 3 weeks now and use it everyday. Blends quickly and crushes ice. The only downfall is the shaker lid is not built sturdy. I dropped it in a bucket of liquid and the locking tab broke off.

I bought this 2 wks ago and very happy so far.It blends very quickly.Once I get used to how long I need to blend for different drinks I will be happier as it liquifies alot quicker than my previous blender

Ordered a Nutribullett pro, it works great. I also ordered two 24 oz tumblers which have been replaced once, I find the threads on these very tight. The tumblers with the new unit are fine.
