This is the second nutrition blender I have purchased. My first was a Ninja pro. It lasted 14 months. The switch on that one is very poorly engineered. So I thought I would try this model. Does job nicely. Also this one is much quieter.

My original grey one broke, it the motor spun on its own after I removed the cup... That looks dangerous, so I bought the pro... I used it approx 52 times that year and then I moved and that took a few months.. My pro sat for this time and when I used it in the new house, I had to do some maintenance to get it running again and replace the gunky bushings. I had nice expensive fruits in it ready to go and it stops..... I smell heated electric wire type smell coming from the non responsive motor. I called Nutribullet and there's nothing they can do except sell me another one. I may try Ninja....
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
