I read reviews, they were mostly good, but some people complained that their bullet broke within a few weeks or months. Unfortunately, I am one of those people. I had my bullet for a few weeks, using it almost daily. Everything was working great, but then one day I was making a smoothie when I turned around to see smoke billowing out of my bullet. Luckily, I did send in the warranty. In case you are wondering , I did not overfill or use ice only frozen fruit.

I have been using The Bullet for about a month. It blends like a bird in the mouth of a Honey Badger, it it devour anything. I am really happy with fianl blended product. My only issue is when the blade portion becomes fused to cup. At times I have found the seal ring wrapped around blades. I would suggest having indents on both cup and blade portion. Very difficult to seperate at time.

Problem with the larger cup leaking! It appears to be leaking at the mold seam (Burr). C/S sent a new blade unit - didn’t fix it! Larger cup is on Back order!
Having been on the Quality teams at Ford Motor (32 years) - bet this not an isolated case! C/S is outstanding!
QC needs to review this concern!
