I really love this. It's my first time ever using a nutribullit and I'm a fan. I read the directions carefully before using it, and for some reason even though I never run it for more than 20 or 30 seconds and I always make sure there is liquid to the max line, it smells like burning rubber after almost every use. I thought it would go away but it has not. I'm under warranty and plan on calling to see if they can help me figure out what is wrong.

I have been using this for the past 5 years, got to say by far the best smoothie maker, it pulps the life out of everything. However I do say poor built because in time the cup that holds the white activator will break on the inside and there is no way to fix it, the company doesn't offer a replacement for that part either. But the motor and everything else is awesome. So I bought my second one 4yrs later. Just remember to buy the extra warranty like I did this second time.
