I bought this product about in April and has been very useful. As long as you follow the instruction, it works very well. Nice smoothie blend and a must have if you are a smoothie enthusiast.
I have has a couple of times that the smoothie tried to come out in the process. Found out I backed it too full. On one or two occasions too I have had to struggle to open it due to closing it too tight or the sweat on the jar due to the frozen fruits used.

I bought this 4 months ago. For those who have a bit of arthritis may find it difficult to use especially if you tighten the cup to the base too tightly. I also find myself having to push down with force in order for the motor to start.

I had the NutriBullet and used the heck out of it for a couple years. It still works but the motor was starting to sound kind of bad, but I was really happy with all the use we got out of it, so I got the NutriBullet Pro and I love it. It breaks up ice and fruit really well and quickly.

Bought a year ago. Used 3-4 times a week. Actual results good. My wife had trouble getting it together tight and got leakage around side. Got her in tune and was ok, but hen started leaking around blade shaft and into motor cavity. Stopped using for fear of short. I would never buy another.

switch problems

My daughter bought me a NutriBullet for Christmas a couple of years ago. The first while it worked great,after about six months the start switch wouldn't push down. I called the company and was told to use water and a tooth brush on the switch. That works but takes awhile to loosen it up. Now if I want to use it I have to spend time working on that switch before it will start.

The cup jammed in the holder, finally came out broken and the machine jammed after 1 week. Went back to the original style model I love...Magic Bullet. I had given my old one to my daughter. Bigger is not necessarily better.

Bought this a month or so ago. It mixes great but it leaks while mixing. The blade piece is on tight but it still leaks. So frustrated....it's going back! By the way, so does the first one we bought, which is the grey one.
