Love our new NutriBullet Pro! I guess the loss of one star is due to the waiting that needs to be done when you have blended 3 times. There are times when you can smell the motor's overheating. Regardless, great quality product and perfect for the needs of 2 people or small batches.

I have had my Magic Bullet for approx 18 months. It is used almost daily. Last nigh the plastic parts under the jug exploded in to many pieces. I have tried to send an email but as I live in England it will not accept my complaint. Has this ever happened to anyone else?
