cup is too wide

I bought this a month ago and I can't say that the nutribullet is all that great. One, the cups are too wide. I put on the blade and because the cup is to wide sometimes when I go to mix things up the blade isn't on tight enough and there is a mess everywhere. Its funny because I had been deliberating over this purchase for months. If by chance I get the blade on tight enough, then after the mixing, I can't get the blade off. I am now deliberating over whether to sell my nutribullet on the internet.

I had to return the first one to two a sticking latch receive the second one but was not able to register warranty online and the second one I've received has a leaky blender top so as the juice is being made it leaks into The reservoir… So so far I'm 50-50 at best

Wouldn't have purchased it if I knew that you have to add water to anything that you blend. If you follow the directions exactly as stated the machine still struggles. You need to fill it far less than half yet it still raises the temperature of the liquid from 38deg from the fridge all the way up to 90deg in about 60 seconds of blending. A juicer is far better because you get concentrated juice verses diluted.. Not to mention the possibility of losing the potency of phytochemicals and nutrients.

I love making drinks using my NutriBullet. However, at times the lid becomes loose and fluid overpours. This makes the tiny 3 pressure point buttons for power sticky. Now I have to cut off the machine from the wall and remove. The tiny white plastic pressure buttons just will not work up and down even with a light washing by a hand cloth.

I loved it, but after a couple months it stopped working. When I push down and turn it I can't get the motor to come on. It's frustrating, is there anything I can do? I have tried for weeks and had other people try it but it will not come on. So after using it for a couple months it now just sits on my counter.
