cap loosens while operating

I used the Magic Bullet for years and wanted something more powerful with a bigger container. The NutriBullet 900 delivers on this just fine. The problem is the cap. Even when I make it very tight, the power of the machine loosens it and the contents of the container begin to spill into the machine. It makes a mess and you have to watch it like a hawk and stop it right away when this is happening. It doesn't happen all the time, but enough that I wish I would have purchased the Nurtra Ninja.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Within weeks of using my bullet the mechanism that turns the motor on has malfunctioned. To turn it off, I have to unplug it. When I plug it back in it's off again. Due to this I have gone from using it every day to maybe once a week.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I have had it less than a week but am thrilled with it. I'm self employed and mornings can be hectic getting to my clients early in the morning. I've made up individual packets to blend in the morning and have breakfast in no time!

As advertised this machine is simply amazing, it is so easy to use from adding my favorite diet ingredients to blending to cleaning the machine. It never fails, keep smaking delicious drinks time after time without issue. For a person on the run this machine makes life so simple and dieting that much easier., gaureenting that I can stay on my diet without taking the usual amount of time to make special meals, this is quick and easy.

We like our quite well. We do have a problem, and are not sure if it is just our machine or the feature intended. We have Arthritis in our hands, and have GREAT difficulty getting the cup to seat it self with a strong twist to make it operational on the motor. Is this intended, if so we may have to return it, because it seems to slip out of position otherwise and expose the motor to liquid from the ingredients.
