I have "juiced" for years, using a separate-juice-from- pulp utensil. In that family, I had purchased one of the best. Regardless, not only do I feel better about using a larger percentage of the ingredients with my Bullet, but I am spending a quarter of the time I used to devote to preparing my concoction. It's the difference between plowing with a mule or plowing with a tractor!

I use my nutribullet to make smoothies for breakfast everyday. I prep smoothie packs for the week using frozen banana + an additional item (mixed berry, mango, peach, iced coffee cubes, etc) and then in the morning i just grab a smoothie pack, a scoop of protein powder, a handful of spinach and occassionally a spoonful of almond butter, add water and blend. It takes 2 minutes and i have a delicious breakfast. I didnt know if it would be worth the investment at first but i use it everyday and love it! It blends everything so well and i only rarely find a small chunck of frozen fruit.
I will say it can be hard to unscrew the blade assembly from the cups after blending, its pretty large in diameter and i have smaller hands so i have trouble sometimes. And i can see someone older or with arthritis struggling with that too.

I was really excited to finally upgrade to the NutriBullet PRO. It does great with frozen fruit and mixes my protein shakes really well. The problem is the lid. If you don't have the lid on very tightly it spills everywhere. When you go to remove it from the base you have to be sure you don't unscrew the lid. It's actually easy to do. Placing it on the base or taking it off... you have to be VERY mindful that you don't inadvertently unscrew the lid. That would be my biggest complaint AND the complaint of several of my friends.
