I was concerned about purchasing this product because of some of the reviews. I'm glad I did. It is an improvement over the last blender I had which was a Bella. It was too noisy and not as powerful. The only thing that I wish it was had was a timer. That would be great to know how long the blender was running.

My cousin bought this for my birthday. I've had it for about a month. It is great size, doesn't take up too much space on the counter. It is also fast when blending fruit, ice and protein powder mix. However, I do not like the fact of how loud it is and that it didn't come with more accessories. I was expecting a smaller cup and another blade.

I have been through 3 blenders in less than 4 years and the quality is not good. The base is made of cheap plastic and the top rim where the cup is twisted into is also plastic & over time the force of the motor causes the plastic on the rim & base to crack & it will eventually make the device inoperable. They should have used stronger metal instead for the high price of this blender.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
