A great product when it works. I have had 2 in three years and both times they have stopped working within a year. Food bought wasted not acceptable. You have to pack it up and send it via the Post Office, no courier service with High Street TV. Totally inconvenient
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Getting healthy tastes so good!

I have a love of food that has caused me to gain a bunch of weight. Getting older, the weight is harder to get rid of because of other health issues. When my diabetes was getting hard to control I decided to do something about it. So I bought a Nutribullet 900. I started slow, 1 *healthy smoothie* every couple of days. And then I learned all the great stuff that I can put in them and I was off. I lost 40 pounds in 3 months and my A1C is now below 7 for the first time in 2 years! I continue to drop pounds and my daughter is dropping them too. Knowing that my sister was having the same problem, I bought her one too. I love the 900, I would certainly suggest others getting one. Do take care to avoid leaks and spills into your NutriBullet and make sure that you clean it well. I do wish that the 900 had the auto features that the RX has without the ability to make soup. But that is the only thing I would change.

I bought the nutribullet in March and I have used it everyday. I love that it is making me healthier and I also like that i can take it with me when I travel.

needs modification

the large cup needs a handle. My hands are not very strong and in order to the blade housing on tight enough so as it not to leak I often can not get it off. Nothing to hold onto.I live alone. I have had to go find some one or struggle to open it.

THOUGHT IT WAS BROKEN

I received my Bullet last Christmas. I used it 2 times and on the second time it didn't work; thought the motor was faulty. I should have returned it but family illnesses detoured me from taking care of it. So a year later, I called the customer service number and spoke with Giermo. He directed me to sponge wash the connecting points on the motor (3 white tabs) with hot soapy water. It worked!! I am so thankful for Giermo!!! Now I have my Bullet back!!

My Nutribullet Pro stopped working and I called the warranty customer service to figure out what happened...it ended up being a cleaning issue and they helped me over the phone and now its working perfectly!! I'm really pleased and glad that they are polite and professional and very very helpful.

I started out with the small one and upgraded to the RX and I love love it. So now I am buying them for my grown children so they can make Healthier choices.
