I've owned for a month and have used the Nutribullet PRO every morning to prepare a great tasting fruit smoothie for my breakfast. The performance in blending the fruits (whether chilled or frozen) has exceeded my expectations. My wife critized the purchase based on cost alone, but we get what we pay for. I'm very happy with this unit.

Two things make the NutriBullet Pro hard fro my wife to use. First is the force it takes to ensure a non-leaking assembly of the cup to the blade. Second is the pressure it takes to push the cup assembly onto the motor assembly. Maybe these items can be looked into. (No, I can't always be there to assemble it to make it work without hitches!).

Love the results but machine smells like a overheating motor when I use it. C/S said I am overloading, not using enough liquid, and running too long. Wrong, wrong, and wrong. I will use till failure then try something else. Cleans super easy.

I bought my Nutribullet 900 about a month ago and had a difficult time getting it off and no. When I tried to get it off it leak and I wiped it immediately. A few days later even with using it everyday; it had become more and more of a struggle. Here it is 2 weeks later I used it twice. I did email the company and they said it was probably just sticky. I did as they suggested and it is almost impossible to turn on. I have to fight it and the lid starts to loosen. I am going to try one more time in contacting the company to see if I get anywhere. If I get a good result I will repost a are change my review. But at this time I feel that one of the white things that get pushed down is defective and this is the reason I have struggled everyday that I have used it. Right now I am totally disappointed. My son has a nutribullet 600 that he has had for 2 years and has had no issues with. This is the only reason I went with this product. I hope I can get this resolved.

I have a 900 unit which worked great . . . when it worked. I barely used it and it started to become hard to press the cup into the base for its blades to spin. Eventually, the cup would no longer make correct contact with the base at all, so it no longer worked at all. This seemed to be a common problem. I read this before I bought the unit, but I was hoping that I'd have better luck. Didn't happen. I really like the power of the unit and the ease of cleanup, but I can't recommend something that might breakdown on someone. If it hadn't broken down on me after barely using it, I would have given it 5 stars. NUTRIBULLET PEOPLE FIX THE PROBLEM ALREADY! People are wasting their money and it's not funny!

Used it 4 times, started to growl louder than usual, smokey smell, slowed down and barely worked. Took back and got the Nutra Ninja w/ auto IQ, much better, even has suction cups on bottom of base to help hold down and much quieter.

Mine had problems adjusting. The gasket spilled the liquid out at the very first use. It was very difficult to unscrew the base. Returned in 24 hours. Was mine defective????
