Terrific for blending smoothies that include leafy greens and other vegetables. Much smoother than a smaller non-NutriBullet brand. Using 1-2x each day. Prefer taking NutriBullet's smaller base in/out daily than bigger, heavier blender base.

I received this as a Christmas present to replace an old cheap blender. I use this product everyday and it works well. But, the big downside is that it tends to be very finicky when it comes to blending things other than nutriblasts. For example I like to make banana nice cream and even after thawing the bananas in the microwave and adding liquid I still experience trouble. I think that this product is great if you only plan on using it for nutriblasts but, if you want a more diverse product I suggest splurging on a blender than can suit your needs.

I have been using the Nutri Pro for about a month. It does a fantastic job. The only negative is that some one with small hands or a weak grip might have trouble with getting the blades tight enough and opening the canister.

Within only one month of use, one of the blades has already broken and the handle attachment has weirdly started splitting in two! What the heck?

I bought the Pro over a month ago, and all 4 of us in the family use it every day. The Pro has changed the way we eat in a significant way. Finally, we are all eating a ton of vegetables. I feel great as a result. One minor niggle: The plastic cups have ended up a cloudy colour. On another note - I noticed the Consumer Report article that said the PRO has had problems over time - with hard use - with the blades chipping, which is a safety issue. I've told my family to rinse off the blade BEFORE drinking their shake, just to check that the blade is intact. It's a bit of a nuisance, but not a deal-breaker. It would be helpful for the company to make an official response to this, just to clear the air. Otherwise, this product is excellent value for money.

I bought my NutriBullet 8 months ago. At around the 3 month mark one of the blade assemblies began to leak at the shaft seal. I switched to the provided 2nd blade assembly and it lasted around 3 months and it too began to leak at the shaft. I used the NutriBullet 1 or 2 times a day, seven days a week. Also, the larger cup's plastic tabs wore down so that the cup had to be held in place while the machine was on. I did not over fill the cups, but filled only to the mark on the cup. I called customer service, and after faxing them the required documentation, they sent me 2 new blade assemblies, and a new oversize cup, charging shipping only. They advised me to replace blade assemblies every 6 months or so, and to stop short of the fill line when putting items in the cup, as excess pressure could contribute to leaks. In that case, one orange overfills the included small cup, so what use is it? And how do you follow the recipes in the book if the stuff won't fit into the standard size cups? Only the oversize cup is practical. The fact is, the blade assemblies have too much play in the shaft, and this wears the seal out. The new blade assemblies seem tight, so I hope they don't fail so quickly. The NutriBullet works great otherwise, and the customer service is excellent.
