I called as I my nutribullet was no longer working (one of the three connectors on the base would not push down). Louis took all my infomation and then patiently talked me through the process of cleaning the connector, waiting until the machine was once again working before giving me additional tips for how to care for the unit not found in the manual. He was friendly, personable, helpful and was able to rectify the problem over the phone. I will definetly recommend Nutribullet to friends for the product and exceptional customer service.

I received this as a gift last fall to aid in my cancer recovery, and I love it. I look forward to having a nutriblast daily,and can't imagine starting my day without one. It's an amazing product.

Have had mine for 5 weeks and one of hit three switches stuck. Sunday morning left my telephone number with customer support and 15 minutes later a call back. The fellow told me how to clean the switch slide with vinegar. In less than 15 min it was fixed. I must have spilled a little juice on it. Also lost a few pounds mixing fruits and spinach

I love the concept of this machine. It's easy to clean and worked great. However, I have had two of these machines the last one I bought this past January. Both time the lid got stuck and I'm unable to get it off. Please do something to fix this problem. Useless now.....

I am a new user - used it about 10 times so far over 1 month. It works as expected. The only issue I have is getting the lid off. It seems as though a vacuum is created during operation, making it harder to twist off the lid. The lid needs to be on tight enough to reduce leak risk. The diameter of the lid is large for my hand so that probably contributes to the difficulty I have twisting it off.

I bought the nutribullet with high expectations of easy fast blending. I use it to make fruit smoothies and the blender always gets stuck and I have to continuously remove the shaker and shake it up and place it back on the blender to blend. I have to do this 3-6 time ms every time I make a shake. I use frozen fruit and it does not work well at all. One of the notches on my blender cup broke off when putting it in the blender and now I can't use that cup to blend. Worst blender ever, for a product that is supposed to be powerful fast and convenient.
