In less than a year of weekly use the power tabs froze. No drink liquid was spilled into the tabs. Following customer services instructions on how to loosen the tabs we have to loosen up several power tabs frequently in order to use it. Looks like this is a common issue if you search the web about it. The NutriBullet PRO works great making smoothies when it's working properly. Will we get our $$ worth???

My mom talked me into buying this thing. I thought it was another gimmick. THIS food tool is what im all about. I use this bad boy every morning. I make not only great tasting smoothies - but healthy- good food for breakfast. I am a landscaper by trade and I dont have much time for myself but I have found this is really efficient and a healthy alternative to fast food/doughnuts in the morning and works really well for me. Very good pricing- easy to clean and maintain- its kinda difficult to wash the blades and inside the cup but if you rinse it right away WHO CARES- my smoothies dont last more than 10 minutes before I eat them anyway!

My first NutriBullet was leaking after 5 uses. I liked the product overall, so I returned it for another one. This next one stopped working after 3 uses: the motor died. I actually returned it a second time. The third one I have now, I have used about 6 times, so time will tell.

I bought nutribullet 900 series 2 months ago and since then I used it almost every day. Last week it started: it's leaking even if I never overfilled the cup. I am very disappointed cause you cannot clean properly under the plastic wheel so it's only question of time ....it'll break. It does not worth the money.

I was so excited to purchase this product, it was my Christmas gift. However the product did not work. In order to return it, the company required me to jump through many hoops. Fortunately, it was purchased through Amazon, so the return was easy. I purchased a Ninja Pro instead and love it. No hoops with this company.
