I have had my 900 about a month and can' t believe how much I like it. I really do feel better! The flip top lid I got was really floppy. I called and was treated very well. A free replacement is in the mail. It is refreshing to not be seen as just another whiny customer. GOOD JOB!

I bought this several months ago and have used it frequently. It does a fantastic job of blending down all sorts of vegetables and fruit in seconds. The only downside is the rubber ring, one has snapped already. I can't seem to find replacements only replacing the whole blade contraption. Not great for the environment.

Not for small hands

The machine does what it is suppose to, but I continue to have operator error. I am unable to tighten the lid enough to keep it from leaking. I have small hands, with minor arthritis in my thumbs and even with knowing the problem still can't get the lid tight enough. My husband has no trouble securing the lid. I am very disappointed that I am unable to use the nutribullet.
