I am a little bit upset that this rubber gasket on the blade assembly keeps coming off during the process of making my shake. other than that I am very happy with the product but I do need to call and get a new blade assembly

We had the smaller NutriBullet and upgraded to the Pro. It does a terrific job blending, but the mixer sometimes leaks, and the drink rim lids are difficult to get off.
