Although the product did a very god job as advertised How ever I must write a serious problem as I see it. I have a medical called Dysphagia this condition does not allow any food or liquid to be consumed orally. I used the NutriBullet as instructed and after use four times daily the motor smoked and has failed. The unit now sits in my garage as I have not yet had time to ship back to manufacture. Failure for my type of need is not an option, because of this point I cannot recommend this equipment.

Love the product but disappointed. This is the second time my Nutribullet pro has stopped working after only a month or 2 of use. The 3 little white connectors where the blade attaches to the base become frozen and will not allow the top to be connected. Love the product if it works.

I bought this Nutribullet Pro in June of 2014. It was very noisy from the first time I used it. Today it bound up and I am unable to use it. I called nutribullet and they told me that I have no coverage even though I registered on line 2 days after I bought the unit and have a 15 month warranty. I have E mailed and faxed all my papers to them

I bought this because on the commercial my husband saw and it shows how easy NutriBullet i900 makes juice out of everything and cleans up quick. The mouths of all of the jars have the same circumference, so you can screw any lid onto any jar. They fit well, as do the blades. It took less than five minutes to get the NutriBullet up and running. Screw them to the top once you put in your ingredients, flip the whole thing over, and put it on the base. Then, you can push down to pulse or push down and turn it clockwise to lock it in the "on" position. We liked the ability to leave the NutriBullet blending continuously without holding it down. However, after a owning this for five months now, the blades of the 900 is no longer sharp and not braking down hard ingredients such as apple and carrot and can’t believe we have to replace the blades already. We are not totally satisfy with i900.

Bought NutriBullet 900 series because I thought it would be more durable. I plugged it in one day and it just did not work. Product was just out of warranty (1 yr). Would NOT spend the money on another. Going to get a Ninja Nutri Pro.

( have bought two NutriBullets in the last 8 mo. The first in March and the second one in Oct.The problem I had with both is they were both hard to push down at first, and than, I couldn't push down at all The one I bought in Oct. happened after only two uses and the motor smelled with the first use.
My son was here in Nov, and he couldn't get it to work either,so we packed it up and returned it for the second time. I also bought one for my son and daughter and theirs is fine.I have decided not to get another one. Its too difficult to put all the components back in the box to return.
