The challenge for me is making sure I alter my grocery store buying habits so i make a list. Once I have the ingredients, it's easy to make my morning fruit concoction. I've had more fruit in the last 3 weeks than I have in the past year I'm sure.

Loved it at first, until it leaked. I think the solution is to dry the lid so that it fits on perfectly and doesn't allow any leak holes from wet spots. Once it leaks into the machine, it's a pain to open the machine apart and clean. Now I just like it. Still works like a charm as long as I dry it well and tighten the lid well.

This is the best nutritional food prep appliance I've used, and I use it daily to replace a regular meal. Far easier to prepare, clean and stash away than juicers, and I feel great, enjoying healthy recipes that hide the taste of healthy foods that I've avoided.
