I purchased my NutriBullet PRO over a month ago and use it three times a day. It works well, but I have observed on several occasions that the blade base may become over-tightened onto the mug, causing the gasket to be pulled out when the two components are unscrewed. I see this as a possible long-term use failure point. A torn gasket would render the entire device unusable. This may be a latent defect in the design.

I returned it once because a blade washer was off when I too it out of the package. The second one worked good fora couple of weeks. Now I can't get it to bend unless I push down on it and hold it with all my strength. I called nutri bullet was told to wash the white connectors with warm soapy water and use a toothbrush. Tried this method three times. No luck.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I have had it for two months and I use it for post work-out smoothies and occasionally breakfast. Love that spinach tastes so good with some frozen blueberries, such an easy way to get more green veggies in and the blueberries are high in antioxidants too, plus banana and it is that simple! Slightly less versatile than a blender, which is bigger and allows you to easily add food as you blend, but all in all a great product and easy to use.
