After using this item, the plastic piece that rotates the blade via the motor cracked and the motor could not rotate the blade. Prior to this happening, I enjoyed using it for morning smoothies.

About 3 months after I bought it, the tabs on the big cup broke. It took another few months for nutribullet to cover it. They sent a medium cup instead of the large. Don't buy nutribullet.

I bought my NutriBullet 900 plus an additional book, "Natural Healing Foods" on Oct. 1. First, I read through the various recipes and directions to get some ideas. Then, I tried some. This little appliance is probably one of the best investments I've made. It works incredibly well, I know exactly what's in my drinks and soups. Very often I'll just toss some things into the cup, take it for a whirl, and voila, I have something tasty and nutritious. I talked to my cousin about it, he went out and bought himself one and has noticed very positive health effects as well. We are two extremely satisfied people. It is super easy to clean.
