I received this less than a year ago as a Christmas present and it was not working correctly. I called the customer support line and the gentleman was great at resolving the issue and walking me through how best to use the product.

I love my Nutribullet, it was one of the investments I ever purchased knowing that you live a healthy life style. Most Americans do not eat healthy and they are in need of the Nutribullet. I drink one every day and I feel better every day along with giving me more energy and sleeping better. I telling my family and all of my close friends, also co-workers. Finally, extremely easy to clean!!!

I purchase this 5 months ago. I did not start using it until about 2 months ago. I make a breakfast drink every morning all of a sudden I couldn't use it anymore and I called customer service. When I was finally able to get through to someone she was very patient in helping me resolve the problem with my product. I love the nutribullet and I look forward 2 years of using it

The plastic on the motor base got stuck and NutriBullet has been very helpful in getting it replaced. Can't wait to receive it in the mail and get back to my smoothies.
