The gal who assisted me went through several steps in order to correct a problem. Since it could not be corrected she was prompt in providing a replacement device.

Use my Bullet daily, but developed a problem. The contacts would not flex to start/stop. The helpful customer service guy told me how to easily fix it, and it worked great! Very helpful fellow!

I was fortunate enough to Win the Nutribullet Pro in a Sweepstakes a few weeks after purchasing the Magic Bullet. Just out of the blue it wouldn't work after having used it a few days before,found out it was a simple fix as it just needed a little cleaning. Customer Service Rep was extremely nice and very professional! He was quick,well spoken and very customer oriented. Great Job and hats off to training great employees.

I have been using the NutriBullet since 2013, and I just can't imagine not being able to have a healthy shake when I want one. It is so refreshing knowing that it is possible when you have a NutriBullet in your kitchen.
